Project Overview

The prototype combines calendar signals, launch checklists, open blockers, and a lightweight note stream into one morning-first interface.

It was built to answer a narrow question: can a tighter dashboard reduce the number of places I need to check before work actually starts?

The current version lives as a portfolio page because the best next step is refinement, not packaging.

Results

  • Validated that launch blockers and personal notes benefit from living in the same context.
  • Exposed which modules deserve extraction into separate products and which should remain portfolio-only for now.

Notes

  • Started as a personal friction audit around morning context switching.
  • The main unknown is how much automation is useful before the surface becomes noisy.
