The prototype combines calendar signals, launch checklists, open blockers, and a lightweight note stream into one morning-first interface.

It was built to answer a narrow question: can a tighter dashboard reduce the number of places I need to check before work actually starts?

The current version lives as a portfolio page because the best next step is refinement, not packaging.

Validated that launch blockers and personal notes benefit from living in the same context.
Exposed which modules deserve extraction into separate products and which should remain portfolio-only for now.

Started as a personal friction audit around morning context switching.
The main unknown is how much automation is useful before the surface becomes noisy.
